You are invited to join us for a Peer Consultation CPD Meeting on Compassion-Focused Skills for Psychologists in Burleigh Waters, Gold Coast. The meetings are hosted and facilitated by Marie Bloomfield, Clinical Psychologist.
The meetings aim to bring together registered psychologists who are committed to apply the principles of Compassion-Focused Therapy and Mindful Self-compassion in their professional clinical work as well as in their own personal lives.
Prerequisites to attend the peer consultation meetings is to have done at least one of the following:
We welcome registered clinical psychologists and psychologists from a variety of approaches who wish to explore more specific ways to integrate compassion-focused therapy, mindful self-compassion and compassionate mind training in their clinical work with their clients.
We will meet once a month, the third Thursday of each month. The hours attended will count for Peer Consultation Continued Professional Development (CPD) to maintain your registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). It is an informal meeting with a flexible format with book review/discussion and case-presentations.
